Project Nikki

This is my new toy. A 1984 Mazda RX-7 GSL. It was total luck that I found this car. I was actually looking for a Nissan 240SX, but then saw this one, took it for a spin, mulled it over for a week, went back and slapped down 5000 very well spent dollars. That was November 2005. April 2006 and she's on the road and putting smiles on my face every time. To top it off, she's in nearly showroom stock condition, the interior is a bit off colour from the sun-light, but she was stored throughout the winters, and only has 136,000 Kms on the odometer. Purrs like a kitten. Well, a pissed off kitten. I've caught myself going like 20 over or more each time I've been on the road. The ride is very smooth, but firm and communicative. The only problem is, after driving for a bit, and shutting off, she wont turn over right away. I have to let her sit for a few minutes. I'll be gettin a new battery ASAP, hopefully that will solve the problems. Well, and the stereo has some problems, speakers are shot, and tons of static when adjusting the volume or turning the car off. And for some reason the antenna wont retract. I'll figure it out soon enough.

STOCK SUCKS!!! So naturally I have modification plans set out. However my plans have a nack for falling through if I start spouting off about them. So with hopes of that not happening, I'll be adding the mods I make, as I make them. But to give a rough idea, I'm looking for about 200RWHP, keeping the body stock except for minor additions, full suspension, audio and the few neccesary interior mods.
