Doubler

This is a BW 1350/1354 doubler case that I made. The 1350 was cut up and the 1354 was mounted behind it.

The custom shaft between the two cases. Had the sector shaft of the 1350 boured out and an output of a tranny turned down then press fit and welded together.

The planetaries in the 1354 and a newer 1354 I have are not the same. Found this out when I had it apart to change an input bearing.

Explorer rad

The 2.9 stock rad is just so thin. This winter while wheelin in deep snow at 3-4 grand just workin the 2.9 I has some cooling issues. Upgraded to a better e-fan and it solved the problem. But I still wanted more capacity so I got an Explorer rad. Also took the tranny cooler from the junk yard EX and made it into a power steering cooler.

Fixing a cracked beam

Well noticed somthing was up with the front end. So under inspection I noticed a cracked beam. Going to make some gussets and burn the beam.

Under close inspection I found a few more cracks on the pass beam. So welded them up and put extra suport in the problem areas on both beams.
