Heres my current project. A 1968 Olds Cutlass Supreme that I found sitting in a mans basment for 20 years, it was probably the straightest unmolested body I had seen. Granted it had no wheels/tires, engine or interior I paid 3000 for it. I put a stage 2 455 buick in it for the time being, I am currently looking for 68' date code block to build and put in it. It has a built turbo 350 with b&m shift kit and torque converter.
The interior is almost all new, I cleaned the floor pans layed down a rust inhibiter then laid down new thick sound deadner, followed by brand new carpet that was just what it came out of the factory with. I also replaced the rear dash pad some asshole cut a hole in it for a speaker, I am in the process of ordering new door pannels and headliner.
It has a 12 bolt LSD rear end with 3.08's. The fuel system is all new except for the lines which I need to order. And after I get the right rear wheels with the correct back spacing I am going to have the body blasted clean, blocked and painted black with two silver metallic racing stripes.
These projects cost a lot of money, I didn't realize that when I bought the car 2 years ago!
