Welcome to my page dedicated to my 1959 Chevrolet Impala four door hard top. The car came from Atlanta. It now resides in Eastern North Carolina. It was in remarkable condition when we found it, and even had the original owners manual and a lot of original paperwork with the car. Needless to say it was a steal, considering we only paid $4000 for it. It had two panels replaced due to minor accident damage, the passenger front fender and hood were replaced at that time. All the panels and paint on the rest of the car were original and in decent condition. There was no rust on the car body, floors, trunk, nor frame. Original 283 powerglide has been converted to an alternator but other than that it is still as it was in 59. We did a repaint completed in January 06 and it looks fantastic. The interior has been touched up in a few places like the bottom of the front door panels, but other than that it is original also. Enjoy the pictures.
Page 1 - Updatd June 06. We've added another addition to the collection, an unrestored original 348 sport coupe. The first pics are of the two together, and the rest of page one is as the flattop looked when bought in Summer 2005 Page 2 - During repaint Fall 2005-Jan 06 Page 3 - Finished

Excellent work bringing this beauty back to life. I gotta say I much prefer the flat roofline of the 4dr hartop over the curved roofline 2dr hardtop. I think it is much more fitting with the straight edge of the fins. Thanks for showing! :)
