Guess i should start out with the first pic of the 11...this is just my baby sittin in the driveway...there's a trailor sittin behind the subie but it kinda looks like a cap on the back or sometin on the roof...after i took the pic, i was tryin to figure out what the heck was on my truck....and for the record, whether it's a car or a truck, i'm going to call it a truck until the state of pa lets me register it as a car for $36 a year instead of almost $70.

so far, the mods are few being the reason that i cant find mods for it anywhere like bolt-ons for performance. so i've mixed and matched thus far. first, was the under drive pulley. this came off ebay for about $45 including shipping and it was for just any >96 subaru 2.5L. mine specifically came from a 97 legacy outback 2.5.

next came the intake. after looking at the pics of a wrx and my trucks engine compartment, they looked remarkably similar so i got an intake from ebay for a 2002 WRX. the air sensor didnt like very much the slight bend in the pipe so i had to cut about 3 inches off the filter end of the pipe...got rid of the big black plastic thingy that corrupted my engine bay...hehe

this pic shows the rearend of the truck. the exhaust wasnt on in this pic yet because it was still fairly new. currently, i had a local guy bend a 2.5" cat-back and got a nice dual tip muffler from ebay for about $30. i got bored one day and took off the cat before the new exhaust and knocked all the "honeycomb" crap outta it...didnt really make a dif, but i was told that if u take off the cat directly after the turbo and punch it out, it makes a load of difference....havent gotten that far yet...but just wait...also, in the rear, i put LED lights in the turn signal sockets because i have a habbit of flipping that lil damn switch on top of the steering column and u subaru ppl kno what one i'm talkin about...led's up front too!!

this pic was of the stock interior...once again, i havent taken any recent pics yet but there's a dif shift knob at the same height as the one in the pic and the stereo has been removed to allow my sony mp3 player that i love soooo much cuz my hunny got it for me for christmas....:-D i foolishly ordered the factory sub and amp that goes under the passenger seat which was really dumb....i mrean really dumb...i'm used to having actual subs in the car and these were a joke. so i took them out and sold them on ebay for $95 to some fella in wisconsin and with that money bought a 10" sub and box and a 450W amp off ebay. the amp is under the pass seat where the factory crap was and the sub and box are on the back seat facing the back of the driver seat cuz i like the bass but my lovely gf doesnt appreciate it as much as i do and doesnt like it vibrating her chair..i love her sooooo much....also, gotta love the boost gauge that is a pain in the ass to read cuz it isnt in psi. it's in kpa or some crap like that. i'm glad i got it tho...bought a manual boost controller from ebay for about $45 and bumped the boost from halfway between the .05 and .1 on that damn kpa scale...a friend of mine said that bumps it from about 12psi to maybe 14.5 or so.....all i kno is that's the highest i can go b4 the computer says no...

ok, this one is dumb...this is a sticker i saw and just had to get..boy does it speak the truth!!

i bought a set of SPT decals from ebay, are ya sensing a pattern with me and ebay yet?? it's the place to be!!! that's all this pic shows.....if ya notice, on the windshield from the other pics, i got a decal made that spells out the SPT..a week after puttin it on, i was pissed cuz i'ts just a hair crooked...damnit!!

lemme tell ya, it sure does clean up nice tho!! saw a good photo op, had to take it....

for some reason, i just like this pic cuz my truck looks like he's ready to um, race or sometin....oh, speaking of, i did take it up to SkyView Drags in Owego, NY. it's an 1/8 mile track and i dont have the slips anymore cuz my wonderful gf put them in my scrapbook but i believe it ran right around 9 secs give or take a few tenths at sometin like 80mph or so. i really wanna run it in the quarter because i believe that with the slight mods on it so far that it will run a mid to high 13 sec at hopefully over 100mph. but take this warning...the baja does NOT liek to do burnouts.....it will roach all 4 tires, but you WILL brake a differential if u do this....save u'rself $1844 and just dont do it....it's bad.

festerfm's 2005 Subaru Baja

and finally, this is me with my baby...it's sooo nice inside her. no, really...oh, and btw, when u add a manual boost controller, it almost gets rid of the lag...the factory boost controller lets the boost spool up slowly and u dont hit the max boost until about 3500rpm or so and that is to make the ride a lil more smooth. thank you subaru for thinking about my wellbeing but i'll take the instantanious turbo pulls...no matter where u'r at on the rpm range, if u go full throttle, even if u'r under 1000 rpm, u have positive pressure in the manifold...it's only like a pound or 2 but it's something but u DO hit u'r max boost around 2300 rpm w/ a manual boost controller. which is nice cuz u dont have to rev so high to get the power u want.
as for now, i do want to do more mods to it but cant find anything....what i'm currently looking for is lowering springs that are stiffer....i dont want to cut the current springs because i want the stiffer ride, not just the look. also altezza tail lights would be ncie too but i'm not gonna hold my breath on that.
so far stuff i've carried in the back is my bike, i carried a load of flagstone about 9 miles and it was horrible...there was about 10 inches of stone in the back of the truck and the body roll was horrible...felt like i was in a jeep or something but i expected notin less...i've hauled a few "safe-doors" from an old bank to a scrap yard....talk about squat!!! i've had a few mattresses in there that were tied down w/ 3 miles of rope cuz they were hangin off...notin else really....if anyone has any idea where i can find lowering springs for my truck, please lemme kno by emailing me @ festerfm@yahoo.com or my aim sn is tigrhitter17......thanx for looking!!

ok...so i took some new pics like i said i would back in the day...this first pic shows the interior after the new stereo and shift knob...
festerfm's 2005 Subaru Baja

this next pic shows that god damnit, it's a truck!!!! state of pa says so!!
festerfm's 2005 Subaru Baja

this next one shows the turbo decal i got off ebay for like 2 bux... it's supposedly the turbo decal from a porsche cayenne...take a look...
festerfm's 2005 Subaru Baja

and this last one shows kinda the new exhaust i had made...both cats after the turbo are gutted and from the second cat back, it's 2 1/2 inch w/ a dual tip muffler that u can see...
festerfm's 2005 Subaru Baja

if ya want anymore pics, lemme kno and i can take em and post em...lata
