This is my 1990 Ford Ranger Super cab 4x4. It's got the little 2.9L V6 (unfortuneately) with a 5-speed. It has a 4" Superlift accompanied by 32" RVTs (in this pic) on 15x8 Weld Stonecrusher rims... and that's just to start.

This is one of the first places I took it to romp in the mud. The first was up in a rock quarry in the Capital forest, but we didn't have a camera.

These are some pics of the aftermath of that pits run. As a side note the Explorer running through in that pic had to be towed home due to mud massively bypassing the air filter.. bummer.

Here's a pic of my little ding ding engine. It now has 19 lb. injectors, new rebuilt heads, an oversized throttle body, K&N air filter, and a 15" electric fan. Since there is no actual aftermarket intake made for this engine, I just drilled a few dozen 5/8" holes in the airbox for better flow to the K&N.

Sorry about the quality on this one.

This is the first exterior addition I made. Grille guard and a couple 55W 5.5" lights along with a CB... not very impressive.

So I added a couple 6" 100W Blazers to fill in the retarded looking empty space. Also joined a 4x4 club "REDNECK NOTIONS", and we've now changed our name to "Redneck Militia".

This is me right before Homecoming my Senior year. That's my 30/30. I went to pick up the girl of my dreams.

And this is me stuck. This is when I put some used 33s on.. bad move. They were A/Ts, so they gummed pretty good and I lost traction. This is in a little pit I made in my backyard... it's a blast. Also this is right after I made a light bar for the truck and put 4 more 6" 100W Blazers on top to light the night up. Along the bumper I have 4 beehive lights with caps as extra marker lights (night pics coming soon). This is the hole that I destroyed both my wheel bearings in AND my left spindle... isn't that supposed to be the most "bullet proof" thing on a ranger? Hmm...

Bummer is that with the Bushwacker fender flares and diamond plate mud flaps on there, you don't get much of a good mud spray... stupid legal bull.

I appologize for not having any action shots. When I go stumpin' there's not normally someone there to take pics... mostly just aftermath shots.

Good looking Mudder truck you got there, found it's easier to do the major work myself on the older rangers. The fab work is kind of a hobby and wanted to do some upgrading on the intake to help with the mileage. Shootin on around 24 to 25 mpg after the scoop is hooked up, already gets 22. Keep up the great work, 5*****.
