Hey! I also live in GR, and have a massive stereo install that I have been putting off for months. I have it all drawn up, designed, and dimensioned. This custom enclosure was made to be for show but sound was very important as well. That is why we made a octagon shaped enclosure with 3/4" MDF on the inside so that the subwoofers fit and we could shape it into a circle. To get the circular shape we used foam to get the desired look and then used fiberglass and bondo. The enclosure was then professionally primed and painted with a titanium color to go with the titanium color of the subwoofers.
