I bought the car in 1996 from my neighbour, drove it for three years. Then it failed at the annual safety check and I had to put it into my garage until 2004 when I started to work on the car. That's how it looked when I started in Winter 2004: This one was scrapped for parts: First I repaired some mechanic parts such as the brake disks, ball joints, changed the exhaust and some gaskets and so on until I had my safety check again in Spring 2004. Then I took the car to a friend in hungary who did lots of welding and gave it a new paintjob.

Hallo:So trifft man sich wieder. Also bin ich nicht der einzige Autonarr in der Familie. Wenn auch entfernte Verwandschaft, es gibt auch noch andere Autoleute. Check out my ride. Gruesse aus Chicago. Nebenbei, ich hatte 3 Simca's vor vielen Jahren. Leider nie einen Rancho. Den kontte ich mir damals nicht leisten.
