My car took alot of work after I got it last summer (2005). It was overheating like mad to start with so after nursing the radiator for a couple months, it exploded... thus starting all the repairs. Since then, I've replaced the radiator, radiator fan, all the plugs, all the belts including the timing belt (which was a bitch in this car!), water pump, transmission repairs, new shocks and struts, and sealed up the oil leaks... everything that could break pretty much did. But short of a new top, I've replaced everything! I love this car!

Its kind of a pattern for the cars in my family to be named after artists (we had a van named "Van Go" after Van Gogh and a car named "Monet" cuz we didn't have any Money when we got it... that sort of thing). So when I named my car Larry, my dad thought it sounded more like the name of a Tattoo Artist than a classic artist, which unfortunately it was my boyfriend who named the car and he's got a friend Larry who's a Tattoo Artist... But basically, Larry is named after the drummer from U2.
