Drove down to Bimmerfest '06 in April in a huge caravan of BMWs, then stayed in Santa Barbara for two days. We got real lucky with the weather, it was very sunny.
This was at In&Out burger in Gilroy, where the caravan met up. (Note this was before I got the Brembos):

I love this guy's yellow 8-series. Dude had it completely repainted at an outrageous cost:

This was one of the cleanest and most heavily-modified E46's at the show:

The guy who had this 760 was apparently known as an aggressive driver (which is saying a lot coming from these guys):

This was at the halfway point at yet another In&Out burger. Dunno what happened to that one guy's car:

No rice, you say? Suuuure:

The next day. This was a big show, thousands of vehicles:

Now that is a beautiful sight:

Nice color on your 760, but I dunno about those rims dude:

Random pics of some hot, cleanly done vehicles:

I think I like the blue rims the best on this one:

Some sound systems from the show:

Always like to see more SSR-GT3s around:

Nice deeeep-dish rims, but the carbon-fiber bloat around the wheel wells had to be one of the ugliest mods at the show:

This blacked-out 750 was hot as hell:

Some sweet classic Bimmers were at the show also:

Nineteen inch size matters logo? ROFL:

You want size, check out this guy who actually managed to fit twenty-two's on an E60:

The teenage girl with this Aston Martin was from Beverly Hills. Wanna guess how many hours she worked at McDonalds after-school to afford it?

Models handing out the prizes from the raffle. The weather got real cold right about now, and I'm sure they were hurting bad. I know I was freezing in my jacket:

Then we meet up for the unofficial road rally off 101. It was still fun even though we had to abort halfway through due to an excess of fuzz:
