Old 3" setup
OK... I started out with a Skyjacker 3" suspension lift... It had 3" coils for the front, 1.5" for the rear, and all 4 lower control arms along with a front track bar relocation bracket, and four hydro shocks. This is the base for my current suspension. The only components I currently use 4 front springs and the track bar bracket. For the lift...
Then I went to 5" of lift...
Left, 2" Rocky Road Coil Spring spacers. Right- Rocky Road Shock extenders/bar pin eliminators.
And Yet another update up to 5.5-6" in the rear...
On 05/06/06 I re-updated my suspension. I took the old, black, factory front springs, and swapped them out to the rear. So now, I have about 6" in the rear and 5" up front. It evened out the wheel well clearance alot, and it looks better. The springs all measured at: 14.5" for stock rear springs, 16" for Skyjacker rear springs, and 18.5" for factory front springs.
At it again... Grand Total... 7" of lift
This time I got 2 more skyjacker front coils put them in the rear... It maxed my old hydro shocks out to the full 24" extended length... SO I changed those out to a set of Rusty's shocks that extend to a whopping 32" in length.
You can see the front setup now consists of the 3" skyjacker springs with JKS ACOS adjusted to 3 1/2" so I now have 6.5" of lift up front and about 7 in back. I also removed the rear sway bar while adding front JKS adjustable quicker disconnects. And last but not least the 22" front extended brake lines by JKS.
I've had these on for a while but the are still significant... Old man emu steering stabilizer, rocky road front adjustable track bar and spider trax 1.25" spacers all around. The spacers are for running stock wheels with taller wider tires.
BONE STOCK
Little Bit Bigger
HUGE(Comparitively). Next in line... Lockers, gears, larger tires, long arms, bumpers and a lot more...
