***SIDEBAR STATS EXPLAINED: Anything dealing with performance is for the Mustang, anything Audio is the Celebrity***

NEW NEWS!!! :
I regret to inform the Celebrity crew on cardomain.com that i'm selling my pride and joy for 2000 bucks to a close friend of mine, :-( I'll honestly be sad to see it go, after all the work i've put into it. You can't tell from the photo's on here, but i put ALOT of effort into it. NE way the system's been installed in the Mustang now, and i'm getting a new Audiobahn Flame Q 12" (1,100 wats RMS!! for only $289!) within the next week to replace the aw1205, as well as a lightning audio cap. I've installed an Optima Red Top battery, and some crazy blue neon all around (two under the dash, two behind the front seats to light up the back floorboard, and two in the hatchback it's almost painfull to the eyes.) As for more updates on the stang i've got APC euroclear tailights coming in in a couple days (was going to get carbon fiber but decided againt it, it wouldn't stick out as much.) Also i've put in the order for my MAC cold air intake that'll be run to the front fenderwell, and my ford motorsports 65mm TB. Still don't have my hood yet, i haven't found time to drive to orlando, but new paint will be put all over the freaking car when i get it, including saleen side stripes (white.) so i guess i'm gonna delete my celeb site eventually or keep it for the heck of it, but i'll have a new mustang site up, drowned in the middle of the 400 million other mustangs on here. Celebritys i still believe are a wonderful line of cars and i've enjoyed mine THOROUGHLY. So check back for a link to the new mustang site when it gets done.

Hey What's up?
My name's Chris Taylor from South FL, and here's my two cars which focus on my two favorite fields of hobby, audio and performance. My Audio car is this 87 Chevrolet Celebrity jet black and silver w/ 1 12" aw1205 High Excusion powered by a 1000 watt Audiovox amp in a custom ported box. System built by J&S Electronics in Okeechobee, FL and myself. Also includes pioneers all around, dynamat (Celebritys are horrible vibration vehicles), remote subwoofer control, and an Aiwa something or other CD player not sure which model i'm gonna switch it out neway for something with pretty pictures. And my second car is a
1990 Ford Mustang GT w/ Ford motorsport headers, Flowmaster exhaust sans cat. converters, momo shift, 3.55 gears, K&N filter, MSD Ignition system, Diablosport performance chip, Autometer gauges to make sure everythings running right, and a huge wish list of upgrades in the running. So please leave comments and suggestions, anything would be GREATLY appreciated!
In the meantime check out my band Cru Jones

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity Here's a corner shot of the Celeb so you you can see basically what i've done with the paint. It was kinda expensive to get done because the original paint was rusted through to the metal and i had to straighten out the frame at the same time because of a ditch incident. (By the way i have a thing for black cars.)

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity A side shot.
SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity The rear, you can see my ugly stickers and my flowmaster muffler and tip. which is one of the only performance mods to this car. Ther's a K&N Filter also. moreso for gas mileage.

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity This is a blurry inside shot, you can see my Aiwa head unit, subwoofer remote, and my Rio PMP 300 Mp3 Player, and maybe my cheapy Wal-Mart gas and brake pedals.

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity Ok here's a standing back shot of my trunk open, you can see my dynamat on the top of the trunk, there's also some lining the sides especially the lights. I need 5x as much though cuz it's very susceptible to vibrations.

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity Here's my Audiovox 1000 watt Prestige Amp and some ghetto wiring, i haven't cut the hole for the terminal setup in the box yet, but i'm lazy. I use Streetwire.

SFLRotaryfun's 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity And this is a shot of the ported box and the Audiobahn AW1205, it's a couple years old or so, but still hits extremely hard, i'm very happy with it and would like to find another one the same year. Leave a message if you know where i can get one!

OK That's the Celebrity, my first car I've ever owned, the Mustang being my second. Go on to page 2 to see my Mustang GT.

nice celeb and a sweet gt. your deff. right about how a celeb vibrates. its horrible. i used duct tape instead of dynamat for the back hatch and it helps. that just shows how cheap i am. anyways.. nice job representing us celebs. come check out my 87 wagon. peace

Those are both nice. I had an '87 Eurosport and it was one of my favorite cars. (I've had 26; mostly beaters!) But the Mustang is bad-ass! I have a '92 4-banger and like it. (see page) It wouldn't even beat the Celeb in a race though. That scuff on the Stang could be fixed easily with a cheap can of gloss black. Not dissin' it though, 'cause it's very cool! Later!
