She is gone! Loved the Camaro, but had to upgrade. The car was sold to a gentleman out of Colorado for $4000. I need to get pics of the new ride up when I have a minute. I don't think it will disappoint...

Performance enhancing mods include:

Morosso Cold Air Intake
B&M Short Throw Shifter
Flowmaster 3" Cat Back Exhaust
"Homemade" Skip Shift Eliminator (Works perfect! Cost me 35 cents)

Exterior mods:

Custom Bra
3 1/2 Inch Chrome Exhaust Tips. Sounds awesome. I think I want noisier though...
ZR1 17 inch rims with 255/40 tires (UPDATED! 245/45s in front, 285/40s in the back! See Below...)

Stereo Mods

Sony Deck
800 Watt MTX 801D Amp
Three ten inch MTX subs stashed in the convenient factory made enclosure out back.
(I couldn't believe they fit back there. Like a glove! See below...)

Here's a link Link text to an article pitting a 94 Camaro versus a Mustang of the same year. Kind of interesting. (A bit of a spoiler...the Maro put the Micky-dog to shame.)

UPDATE 08/21/06 About a week ago I did a 720 getting on the freeway with the ground barely wet. (Lucky I didn't hit anything/one) Needless to say, the old Nokian (?) tires were showing their age. So after a little research I picked up a set of Kumho Ecsta ASX tires. Good price, good reviews, and "good" in "light snow" (comes in handy in Salt Lake City, Utah...but we'll have to see about that one).

Turns out the ZR1 rims are corner specific so I can't rotate my tires. With that in mind, I opted to go with a "staggered" set up with 245/45s in the front and 285/40s in the back. My old set were just 255/40s all around.

With just driving around a bit today, there is a world of difference. There's more tire there so it rides a lot smoother. These tires aren't as noisy, and they look pretty sweet. And it looks mean with fattie tires in the rear...they're noticeably wider. (May not look like it in the pics...oh well...)

Here's a bunch of before/after pics. I'll probably get some more and post them. Let me know what you think.

Update 6/20/07

Had a tune-up done on the old Camaro. The plugs that came out didn't look too bad. Course it didn't run that terrible to begin with. The guy I had do it spent a considerable amount of time on it, saying that it's one of the most difficult cars he's ever worked on. Needless to say, it runs as good as it ever has. Just broke 120k miles.

Good looking Z! Like the dark green color. Are those the 17x9 SS wheels or 17x9.5 ZR1 replicas? Just trying to figure out how the 255/40 would look on my ZR1's. Thanks!

hey. thanks for the comment. its not a bd little rig. as for your friend i would start with the cold air intake (sounds unreal) and then for body stying i would start with the rear spoiler

Hey thanks for the comments. About your friend, the best would be a smaller S/C pulley. But if you drop the size you would have to support it with exhaust and intake. Otherwise you'll have alot of KR. I did exhaust and intake then put a 3.3" pulley on. Keep me updated.
