I've had this 1983 Mercedes Benz 300TD Wagon since around 2000. With over 300,000 miles on her 5 cylinder engine, she is my always dependable daily driver. She is mostly an around-town car, but she did well on a trip from Ft. Campbell, KY to Columbus, Ohio, and back. She wasn't too happy with a later trip to Ft. Lee, VA. That trip cost me some money in repairs. In spite of the diesal stink, and the nasty spots at my parking spot at work and in front of the house, I don't believe I'll be letting her go any time soon.
