-------------------UNDER CONSTRUCTION--------------------------

Hello, My name is Tyler Brooks, i'm 21 years old from Duncan, British Columbia, Canada. I've recently started building a new ride to follow up on my s10. It's a 91 Mazda B2200 (short box, reg cab). My plans are for it to be completely for show, not to be the lowest or anything like that, just clean and smooth with lots of detail. Mostly trailered to the states for shows but i'll cruise it on the weekends to shows around here on the island. I picked it up off a guys front yard for 400$, it was pretty wrecked. Hoping to have it completed by 2007 show season, but not rushing it.

Heres some pics and info of the build, i'll try and keep it updated when i have the time so check back

I have gotten more plating done on the motor and did all my airline in copper then had them chrome plated, we also finished the box, shaved the underside of it and did the taillights, and we also made a sheetmetal Dash and console. anyways, heres some pics

(UPDATE DECEMBER 24th 06)
I just got the frame back from powercoat. We completely shaved the frame except for a few holes upfront and 1-2 in the back to run wiring threw. I had it powdercoated a off white creame. I know it looks like a weird color but it will really really look awesome the red body goes on it. The frame, rearend, spindles, tranny mount, and engine crossmember have been coated. I am now waiting on getting the link bars, control arms and a few more things to get chromed so i can start putting it back together.

(UPDATE Novenber 9th 06)
Ok, did a few more mods over the summer,we shaved the corner lights and added the grille and a one off streched Grant Kustoms front bumper. Got the engine fitted, we have shaved a bunch more little things. For the last couple motchs we have been goin a little slow, been workin on the suicide doors which have been a hassle but they are almost finished. I have been ordering parts for the dash, such as a Flaming River polish steering column, alpine indash DVD, and all the window cranks and handles. Once it all arrives we will begin the dash which we are building from scratch out of fiberglass, thats all for now, heres some pics.

Hi there Tyler. sorry if ive got your name wrong. Im from the uk and i've just brought a mazda b2000 1988 And have been sufin the net for loads of info. WELL impressed with your PUP! Top job.... I know its early days But im just thinking ahead. Thinkin Of a body drop on mine too, and was wondering how do you situate the steering column ? do you have it high in the cab but in old position.( itn't that really close to the front screen ) or lowered with the cab But very close to your legs..Or do you chop the seats to suite.? Thanks if you can help me. Petehorne27@hotmail.co.uk Regards Pete
