Saw your review for the Pioneer 5800. You can fix the dim display when your headlights are on by simply cutting and capping(so you don't get a short) the orange illumination wire that's in the harness connected to your deck.

I got my engine from a local guy that specializes in performance honda parts and engine swaps, he does good work but is a bit pricey.
