swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A "Pic from when car was in Nevada" The guy we bought the car from, bought it when he lived in California in 1969, he Bought in in Nevada and pulled it all the way back home, with a Packard, to work on it with his father. They never finished it, so he decided to sell it. We bought the car in 2003 and have been working on it ever since.

Nice 40hp flat 4, defiantly not leaving that.
swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A Picture of the 5.0L 302 out of a 1990 Mustang GT that will be sitting between the two frame rails soon enough, This picture is right after we puled it out of the Mustang, we completely rebuilt it as you can see as you look through the pictures.

The original wooden lathes that held the canvas roof up. We ended up taking all of the wood out of the car, and replacing it with steel.
swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A Original gauge's very few, but the speedometer went up to 65 mph if you spun it, I think that was wishful thinking. Maybe not though, I don't know.
swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A Passenger side frame rail being boxed, and my dad hard at work.
swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A Frame being squared up, with new cross members being welded in place.
swansonk's 1928 Ford Model A We fabricated the rear of the frame with a kick up to allow for the car to be lowered and allowing the rear suspension to still have travel.
