This is my 85 Crew Cab. I purchased this truck about a year ago with the Cummins already in place and a set of 40s on. It already had hydraulic ram assist crossover steering, shackle flip, seats out of 96 Rams, custom steering wheel, H4 headlights, and was locked front and rear.
I have since lifted it 3 more inches and put on a set of 44s. I installed a K&N filter, modified and then removed the fuel plate, put the 4" exhaust out the side of the bed and disabled the wastegate.
It will now put out about 40 lbs of boost. I have rebuilt the T case and the rear axle. Installed a stereo, removed the bumpers and nerf bars ( new ones coming soon). The next things to do are the paint and start running biodiesel or WVO. I will add more details and pics as I get more time. Well, I am finally posting some more pics. Since the old pics, I have painted it black just to get it all one color. The paint job was crappy, but it is just temporary. I put some new delivery valves in it, took out the heating grid, and replaced the fuel cut solenoid and relay. I also put a new bed on it and put the receiver on the top of the frame, hence the cutout on the tailgate. Also put a 30 gallon tank in it and did some interior work.

Next thing to do is 4 link the suspension. This is my daily driver and the leaf springs kill me so I want to go with airbags. I will post some pics when I get the suspension done. I am thinking about going with Ballistic fabrication's brackets for the 4 link.

Ok, finally have a little update. Went to Fredericksburg, TX for the 4 Wheel Jamboree Nationals 2007, and won the mud bog. Here are a couple pics.

After that, tore the truck down for a rebuild mainly since I broke the frame pulling someone out and kept breaking the rear D 60. Currently getting an airbag triangulated 4 link, Rockwells and 53" Michelins.
Warning, do not buy products from USA6x6!! It took me 16 weeks for my wheels to come in and when they did, they were not right and the powdercoating sucked!! Bad stories about them are all over the internet and I am just one more of them!! Anyway, these are the wheels that are going on the truck.

So far I have about 8 grand in the new setup and have about 2 grand more to go. I will post some more pics when I get a chance.
