    your project looks pretty good. About as far along as ours. About the suicide doors, I made the hinges using 3/8"x3" flat stock. I didn't use the stock hinges for a couple reasons. One, they don't open a full 90 degrees, and they don't have a step in them, the way the window channel is in these trucks, you need a large step in the hinge, especially the upper one.
