I bought this car in 1983 from my brother. He bought it from a friend of the family who bought it from the original owner. The original owner lived a few blocks from us when I was a kid. They bought the car from the hometown (Longview, Washington) Pontiac dealer. The car has a paint code "GS" Signate Gold and Champainge. I repainted the car in 1988 but I painted it a solid Signate Gold color. Just recently we returned it to the original Two tone colors. I have some pictures posted here that are with both paint schemes.

This is a picture that was taken in Bend Oregon where we attend the annual Memorial day "Tiger Run" GTO show and shine. This is before we painted the top the original Champaigne color again.

This is one of my favorite pics. It was also taken near Bend, Oregon actually a little closer the the little village of Sisters, Oregon.

The engine is the original YS 400. The transmission, carburator and distributor are the originals as well.

Hey, Scott, how are you? Very nice GTO you got there! I just love the lines on that ride. Classic! Definitely 5 BIG stars for you on that ride. How's your Tempest wagon doing? Keep it up with your rides. Cheers!!! By the way, just a suggestion, man. Maybe you can change the font color on your page texts. Black on black was kinda hard to read.
