David's 1986 Supercharged Mk1 MR2

So, it's finally done!!! As some of you may have read in the past, in September of 2003 I sourced a beat up 1988 SC MR2 for a very reasonable price. This car was a great parts car. Not only did it donate its entire drivetrain to a good cause, but I also got lots of other useful parts off of it to fix up my 86, like the front passenger side fender for starters.
On page 1 here, I'm going to show pics of what the car was when I first got it. On the pages to follow, you'll see changes I've made over the past few years up to the most recent product.
A lot has changed.
Here is the car I've been fixing up for several years now. This has always been one of my favorite shots.
Here is the damage to the front fender, which is the reason I was given the car. Those who may have been here before will remember my story of how this car was acquired. Pics of this repaired are following.
Here's a few shots of the interior. Lots of changes have been made in here as you will see.
Here is a broad shot of the interior. All is stock here.
Here is a close up of the dash.
Here is a close up of the stereo and equipment. Take a good look here because the next time you see this will be way different.
The amp was previously mounted behind the driver and the sub was and still is behind the passenger.

Stock gauge faces.
