Page 2: Performance mods and reviews to date

On this page I will be posting pics of the performance mods I do to the car and what I thought of the overall quality and power gain they offer.

My first and probably best mod is subframe connectors. A lot of people overlook these saying thier cars don't make enough power to do any damage. Well let me tell you, with 345 lbs ft of torque from the factory, those people are wrong. Before long, your T-tops will spring leaks, and the exterior panels will become un-aligned. This is the best mod you could possibly do to a uni-body car, and I highly recommend it.

I chose to go with Hotchkis because of there quality name and because a friend has them and said he'd swear by them. Just looking at them, they are very heavy duty and very nicely made. I held them up to the bottom of the car, and they fit up perfect. Never waste the money on the bolt on versions, because they are basically useless. Weld ons are cheaper and do a lot more to stiffen the car. I'll post up more on them as soon as they are on the car

I recently just put a Corsa catback exhaust on the car. I got it for free from a friend who didn't want it anymore, but he sold the tips and I had to buy new ones. Overall, the exhaust is basically the sound I was looking for...not real loud, but very smooth and nice when you get on it. I really can't feel a difference in power, but it sounds a lot nicer!
