Im runnin a 5.3L V8 with 5 1/2in in the rear and 5in up front. (3in body and 2 1/2in add-a-leaf in the rear with cranked torsion bars up front.) Sittin on 33in BFGs. I have three-quarter ton studs with steel wheels. I cut the glasspac mufflers off leaving the straight pipes. I plan to get some long tube headers and run a set of cutouts w/ electric motors--no cats(O2 simulators) all with 3in mandrel bent piping... I wanna get the GenII from K&N and also a helix throttle body spacer. If i dont run outa money i also wanna get the superchips package... Big plans for this big truck!

Thanks for the remarks! The truck took about 3 full days of actual work, but it took about 6 weeks to finish because the assholes at Full Throttle Suspension kept dicking me around. The kit was missing a whole bunch of parts, and some of the parts they sent were for the wrong truck. I just got my front driveshaft last week from them, and I ordered the kit back in October, 2005. To say the least, Full Throttle SUCKS!!!! I also have a 400ex, however I am trying to sell it to get a 700 Raptor. Take care!

nice truck man!! i am a tenn fan myself. i saw you were wanting a superchips perf chip. if you get that, the k&n intake system will not alow you to work the throttle body spacers for some reason. if you can do it please let me know.. check me out when you get a chance. i have a lifted 04 z71 with 13 inches of lift and 41's on black rims. keep me posted and tell me what you think. 5 stars for you man
