Well here's my new beast. I'm an active duty soldier in the U.S Army and I just got back from Iraq. I bought the rolling chassis while I was still deployed and my wife went and got it for me, boy I love my wife. Now that I'm back I'm doing the mad scramble to get this thing on the road. All that's left is the driveshaft and all the really small stuff.

I love front end on the 79 through 86. It looks cool and it's different from all the 87 through 93's you see every day. Can you beleive ther is 466 cubic inches and a huge shot of nitrous under that little 4 inch hood? All those rice burners won't know what hit them. I love those bogart wheels too.

Here's the veiw all the fart pipe cars get.

Me and the beast.

The engine while I'm mocking up everything. Keep in mind that this is not finished just yet and I'm still mocking up everything.

I had to rewire the whole car. Man I hate wiring. I have since put the interior back together and it looks alot better.

Go ahead hodgie, put that bomb down I dare you.

Well here's the finished engine. Just waiting on the vacuum pump and nitrous plate.
I will be going to the track this month to see what it will do. It just made a 20 mile round trip to a mustang club meeting with no issues at all.
1st pass ever 6.90 at 104mph 1/8th mile without the nitrous!!! That is a 10.70 1/4 mile without the 300 shot of nitrous.
>1st pass ever. The nitrous wasn't even hooked up.
Well I have a new best time. 6.31 @ 114. That was on a 225 shot with a very conservative tune up. It will get better when I lean it out a little and jet it for 300. That still is a 9.70 1/4 though. Now that I know it's running right, I'm done with the 1/8th mile and from now on it's only 1/4 mile which was what this car is built for.
Well it's now 06Sep2007 and I'm back in Iraq for the second time. I spun a rod bearing on the dyno a few months ago and now The motor is getting redone again. It made 470 horse to the wheels on pump gas, no nitrous, and through the mufflers. I'm mad that it got hurt because the next pull was jetted for a 325 horse shot and it could have been much worse.
This time I'm not playing around though, here's a list of parts for the new motor:
Boss forged 429 crank offset ground 3.69 stroke
A-460 block with 4.5" bore
Big Comp Cams solid roller
Fully ported Blue Thunder B heads
Fully ported Trick Flow intake
CSU blow through 850cfm carb
Meth injection
And here's the crown jewel of the engine A Procharger F-2
I originally set up about 90% of a custom built turbo but decided against it and have now ordered a Procharger instead. Also the car will be getting painted again. The wheels have also been powdercoated black. Not sure on colors yet but nothing too over the top I'm kind of leaning twords Hot Rod Black or House of Kolors Blood Red and maybe some flames.
