This car started out life as a 1969 Dart convertible 273 V-8 / auto. To make a 1970 Dart convertible 340 car, I had to remove and change 85 % of the original car. Parts are from 69,70,71,72, and 73 Mopar A-bodies. It features a 340 with an Edelbrock crossram str-12 and custom air cleaner. Changed transmission to a 4 speed and added the 8 /4 rear-end. Added A/C and made custom power windows (something that all convertibles should have !) Did all the customizing and paint in a 2 car garage (never again !) Built this car because I couldnt afford a '71 cuda convert........
