This was my 1982 E21 318i. I traded it with my dad for the 1984 E30 318i. I had this car for about two years, but drove it for about one and a half years, ever since i got my P's, until about a month ago. I was fed up with the sluggish-ness of the engine, so I was planning to drop in either a SR20DET, RB20DET or RB25DET, M20 2.3L or a M20 2.7L. There wass no doubt about whether I would get an Automatic trans. or Manual trans. MANUAL ALL THE WAY!!!
I seriously doubt that i will do anything else after the 323i engine swap (quoted $3500 to do, so didnt go through with it), due to that i am 'GIVING' (swapping) the car

Engine - M10 1.8L - Stock, except for distributor cap, rotor button and spark plugs, lol
Rims - Crappy ROH Reflex 15" (Wanted a set of 5 Watanabe RS wheels 15" to 17")
Suspension - Front - King Springs, have no idea about shockers
Rear - I have no idea about springs and shockers
Exterior - E30 Rubber spoiler
Narva driving lights
Exhaust - I dunno... was already on there, but sounds ok
Interior - 'AMR' front seat covers
Little Chinese fish hanging thing
A set of grand spanking P plates
Sound System - Nothing for now.
I am going to put in the Pioneer Mosfet (what ever that means) tapedeck that came with the E30, and the stock E30 paper cone 6" speakers

My brother was bored one night, so he decided to use photoshop to mess around with my car. This is the finished product. By the way, my car will NEVER even look close to this!! You have to admit... it would be a real head turner cruising down the bay on a summer's day or through town on a friday night, hehehe.
