Empified's 2002 Kia Rio

Well, here it is. My 2002 Kia Rio started out as a little stock comuter car. Me the owner decided to personalize it a little bit making it more to my likings. I'm still under warranty with only 36k miles on the clock. As you can see from the pictures, I've tinted the windows,

added ICW 16" racing wheels covered in Falken 205/45ZR 16's, Empified's 2002 Kia Rio
Upgraded the stock stereo with a Pioneer head unit, dual 10" JBL subs powered by an old school MTX amp.

The R Racing front plate and steering wheel cover just fit as it stands for Rio Racing of course.

If you look closely at the front grill photo, you might notice the mesh inback of the grill, this is not factory but looks great in my opinion.

The headlights have been cleared of those ugly amber reflectors.

Of course props go to StreetKiaz.com and KiaSpeed2 for all their help and support. I've also had an alarm system professionally installed to keep your hands off my ride as well. ha ha ha
Future upgrades include red and black 2 tone simulated leather seating surfaces front and back as well as covering the side panels of the doors in a similar material. There's been talk of a WRX wing for the back as well as a scoop for the front. Lowering springs, front strut support and the addition of a rear swaybar being that the Rio didn't come with one originally. A quick shift shifter and some damn descent floor mats for sure. After lowering will determine whether or not I go full out and do a body kit. This all takes money of course so a little at a time is all that can happen. But considering I bought the car last October 2005 and we've just hit March 2006, I'd say I'm moving right along.
Feel free to make any suggestions, comments, rants or whatever. Thanks for checking out my ride. Jonny Knoxville
