My wife's Mercedes. This is the fifth major European car tuning project I have undertaken (check out my Volvos and old VW Golf). I have always loved the ML with factory AMG/Sport bumpers and flares, even more than the 2002-up bumpers.
This truck has been great so far and I have changed every light: 2002-up projectors with Xenon, Hella H9 low beam projector modules for fogs, 2005 Special Edition tail lights, custom tinted jewel side markers. Wheels are 22x9.5 Lenso LS-7 with 265/35/22 Pirellis. Grille is a custom dremeled down grille from a 2006 w164 M-Class with added chrome strips.
I added a JVC double DIN DVD headunit (mounted using a Kenwood sleeve and trim ring), 2 7" LCD monitors flushed into the headrests, Clarion wireless headphones and a Microsoft Zune brown. The stereo now plays 3 audio/video zones (speakers, rear A and rear B); my kids can both watch separate videos while the adults listen to normal music over the speakers.
And my old Mercedes-themed Volvo 850 Wagon just for kicks. also check out my current C70 convertible...

I love how your ML is so flashy yet so clean and fitted. The lowering really gives it a powerful stance.

Good news! Actually it isn't fiber optic, the Bose (mine) and non-Bose are full analog and copper :).
