This is my first Trans Am, it's a rare 1988 Trans Am GTA 5-spd(1 of 809 GTA's made that year). The car was originally black, then painted red, probably after it was wrecked back in '98. It is now black again thanks to a very good father & son paint team.
It had tan cloth interior originally which I replaced with black. The pics below show the car as it was when we bought it(12-17-05), except for the previous owner cutting the spoiler to add louvers shown below.

Mods: Previous owner installed a hypertech chip, crane fireball coil, air charger(air foil) in the throttle body, centerforce clutch, and gutted the screens from the MAF sensor. The chip will probably be swapped for a stock chip for reliability and gas mileage.
