Well, after some research and debate with my friends at dippy.org, the absolute most best Chrysler Fifth Avenue/Dodge Diplomat/Plymouth Gran Fury site in the world, here are my latest ideas about what to do in the engine compartment:

Bore out the 318 to 360 specs
Convert to Magnum serpentine belt
Sequential Multi Point Injection
Magnum heads, exhaust manifolds, and such so that I'm running a Magnum/LA block

Either rebuild the old trannie for performance or slap in a TorqueFlite 727 with and Overdrive unit added on, also built for performance.

8 3/4 rear axle, preferably Posi or SureGrip.

Air Suspension

Smoothie rims with whitewall tires
Supercharger

Just some random thoughts.

Current problems:

Water pump

Power door locks won't work

Carburetor needs to be properly tuned

For some reason it always takes awhile to start after she's sat for a few hours. What's the deal?
