I decided that $8 (shipping included) for a new set of bright LED turn signals was worth it. I ended up getting them from eBay. They're Lockhart Phillips part 122-9100.
It was a very simple install. I DID have to splice the connectors from the old set of lights, but that was nothing that a soldering iron and some electrical tape couldn't handle.
Anyway, the old set of lights:
