Complete undercarrige detailing.

Volcano I designed and built for the Autosalon Show 05. Working smoke effect and laser, textured paint work gives a burnt look to the outer shell. Other photos are rocks made for the show, ballons and wire mesh made up most of the rocks while expandable foam added texture to the surfaces. Texture paint was add to match the volcano.

Front view, grill, bumper are sitting place, not fitted yet. No intercooler installed. Fog lights have some nice PIAA extreme white bulbs in them :) Roof mouldings (either side of front glass, a long roof to back door) have been paint the body colour to reduce the amount of black on the car.

Engine, no strut tower brace installed yet (waiting for it to be painted) engine cover painted black. Still working on head lights.

MODIFICATIONS:

Engine: 6A13 2.5 litre Quad Cam V6 twin turbo. Stock TD03 turbos. stock fuel pump and injectors. Stock ECU. EBC: Turbosmart E-Boost. Pipe work all custom hand made (by owner) in polished alloy, air intake (with K&N filter) to both turbos/ turbos to intercooler/ intercooler to throttle body, washer bottle inlet. GFB BOV. Custom bar and plate intercooler: 600x270x76mm. Custom polished alloy radiator and brackets. Polished alloy oil cap. Chrome strut brace. Custom polished alloy fuse/battery box (by owner). Custom polished alloy catch can (by owner). Turbonetics silcone jointers. Custom earthing kit (by owner). Custom rocker cover (by owner). ATF cooler. Fujitsubo exhaust system with custom down pipes coated by Procoat: Cermakrome (metallic ceramic) coating in polished alloy finish. Coated coolant/powersteering bottles. Various stainless cap screw steel bolts. Various powder coated parts (brackets, mounts etc). Various chromed parts.

Driveline: Standard INVECII 5speed transmission (Tiptronic). AYC/ASC/TCL.

Suspension/Brakes: Repainted TEIN HA coilovers shocks to match body colour, powder coated springs, polished coilover nuts, various chromed parts. EVO6 4 pot Brembo front calipers with EVO6 2 Pot Brembo rear calipers powder coated in silver. EVO6 Brembo rotors. Brembo pads. CUSCO front and rear Anti-swaybars.

Wheels/Tyres: BSA 19" alloy's. 215/35/19 Kumho tyres..

Exterior: Body resprayed in Audi silver. Chrome/polished roof rails. Fully detailed under carridge (by owner) - electroplated bolts/nuts, powder coating, chromed parts. Custom modified front bumper (by owner). Face lift front grill and rear side skirts. Factory body kit. Clear chrome side repeaters. Tinted front drivers/passenger windows. Various stainless steel bolts/screws/nuts. Carbon Fibre EVO6 Style bonnet. Carbon Fibre wing mirrors.

Interior: Leather trim seats, arm rest, shift boot, hand brake. Momo steering wheel/shift knob. Custom gear knob install and shift boot to look like a manual shifter, reversed the Tiptronic selection for up and down shifts (by owner). Custom alloy foot pedals (by owner). Custom hand made gauge pods (by owner). Shaved centre console (A/C controls) texture coated to match interior (by owner). Satin chrome A/C knob to match head unit. Various trim changes. Alarm with remote start/Pager.

Audio: Pioneer head unit (DSP, time alignment, DFS blah blah) with custom mids and tweeters. Blaupunkt amp. Custom install by owner.

Performance: 13.514@101.12mph With current setup. Car is still yet to be tuned to take advantage of current mods.
