Proving once again that top quality work doesn't need to cost lots of money or take a long time to do. We're building this car ourselves, and the work you see below represents about 3-4 days of time. This car should be completely done and out competing in less than a week... check back for updates and be sure to check out the car's website

Another fine install from the folks at StereoTypes
Featuring these fine components:

 Source Unit: Eclipse 5441
 Equalizer: Precision Power DEQ-230
 Amplifiers: Soundstream 702 (x2)
 Front Stage: Focal 165KX
 Sub: Focal 33VX
 Sound Deadening: B-Quiet
Wires and stuff: Optima, Lightning Audio, PPI, and PG
 Security: YES

This system diagram should explain everything...
A layer of B-Quiet was applied and all system wiring is protected by blue loom for easy identification.
It was a real pain to do and still needs a little more bondo work, but we iso mounted the deck after modifying the factory deck mounts. The Eclipse trim ring and a dash kit were joined with fibreglass, followed by much sanding. Finally texture paint and dye were applied.
The EQ will reside within arms reach behind the back seat. It'll be flanked by a white finish and black vinyl.
The amps and sub share a common location. A sub that looks this good has to me mounted inverted!!
Another angle. You can see that factory carpet was all replaced to ensure a smooth flowing look.
One more angle.
The kicks are finished except for the grilles. They are finished in smooth black vinyl and are offset with white plexiglass inserts.
