Hey Rusty Thanks for your kind words on my 59 I have been working on it for 5 years. I did most of the work my self except for the fat man front sup- A friend of mind did the welding for me. I have it in the paint shop right now wating to get it back to put the chevy 350 4 bold main and turbo 400 tranny in it and bring it back to life. Keep in touch.

Nice truck, I am restoring one also, (well mostly in my head) Its slow going as the truck is not here. I am doing it in pieces. I have the drivers fender and headlight rings to work on. I have thought about what I wanted to do with the front susp. I am leaning toward what you did. I have never really done a resto before so I don't know how deep I will get into it. I would like to do as much I can myself though. Check out my truck. 5 stars to you.
