I am a solider here in Iraq just finishing up a year long deployment i had my dad do some car hunting knowing I love old big cars this is what he came up its going to be a big switch from my old 73 nova but i cant wait. My first car was a 69 satillite and ever since i got rid of it i have been kicking my self. Right now i am looking for a black headliner and also just any info on the car i cant wait to go home to this parked any my drive way sure makes this whole year of army bullshit some how seem woth it.!!!!!!!!!!1

Nice car man. The VIP's have 383 cid in them, so there's a lil info for ya. My father had a 68 fury, not a VIP though, he seen one around b4 and checked it out, first time he ever heard tell of it.
Nice looking car. The VIP was the top of the line Fury. I think that Plymouth only offered a VIP package for a few years. Don't know if it was just cosmetics, or performance as well. I remember reading something about the VIPs in a big "Chrysler Chronicles" book, or an old issue of Collectible Automobile. Stay safe over there in Iraq, man. Been there, done that. For me, it is time to retire. I'm getting too old for that shit.
