Update: NEW PICS ARE HERE OF SOME PROGRESS
- Two 8" Audiobahn AW8000Q and Audiobahn ABC6002Q component separates have been fabricated to fit in the rear deck where 6X9's were originally. This was my first project.
- The rear side panels have been totally redone and glassed to hold 2-2 channel Rockford Fosgate Punch 401s amps one in each side This was my second project.
- Clarions DXZ935 Dolby Pro Logic head unit has been installed and it made a world of difference with sound quality.
- The center console is currently being reworked. The Head Unit is being dropped down below. In its place a 7.5" TFT LCD is being fabricated. A stand alone Clarion VS735 DVD player will be right below where the Head Unit will be.
<-- A 7.2" widescreen TFT,LCD monitor will be fabricated in to the open spot here. This is where the Head Unit originally was located.
<-- If your into fabricating you should know about CA and Kicker (accelerator) it def'ly speeds up progress a whole lot!!
- (FUTURE) To take care of those deep bass notes and the punch that I am looking for, three 10" Audiobahn AW1000Q subs will be in the trunk in a custom fiberglass enclosure. An amp rack will also be fabricated and two 1 Farad caps will be incorporated in the above fabrication.
