MudRanger88's 1988 Ford RangerShe's toast sittin and waitin for a new motor and she did pretty good for considerin what I put the ranger through cant complain paid 500 bucks and got 50,000 miles out of her could have been more if she wasn't my daily driver and went four wheelin as much I was out on the trail when she broke barely made it home hardly had any power to get up the hills to my house. 1988 Ford Ranger XLT 2.9Fi 5 speed manual trans, 5 inches of lift, 15x10 Eagle Alloys with 33x14.00 Super Swamper TSL Boggers, K&N air filter, Reese hitch, Reese tow hooks for the front bumper, cab lights,chrome grab handles, lil wil Wilson cb antenna, Cobra 19ltd cb.
Future mods D28 to a D35 and a 7.5 to a 8.8 and 5.5 superlift suspension lift with rear springs and 36x12.50's with James Duff receiver tube bumpers.

MudRanger88's 1988 Ford Ranger first mud test with the boggers not much, aint had rain in about a month! They did alright even when the tread got low just if your on a hill sideways they like to slide cause there's no lateral tread.

Nice little ranger, I remember the ranger days. They are sure fun little trucks. Check my site out sometime, on page 3 is all my rangers that I built in the past. I just built the silver one last and sold it a couple months ago it has 8" skyjacker and 3" body with the front and rear ends out of a 92 ranger for the bigger D35 up front and the 8.8 in back locked up with 5:13s and 38.5x15x15x12 boggers/weldstonecrushers.
