This is a 1988 Nissan 300zx SS "Shiro Special" For more info on these rare car's check out Z31 SS.
This car was bought by me originally about 2 years ago for $1000. I knew this rare car could not be passed up. I'm not very knowledageable when it comes to car's. The car needed tons of work to be road worthy for a daily driver so due to my lack of knowledge to fix it myself and lack of money I decided to sell it. I posted my car for sale on craigslist.org boston community.
I must have had 10+ requests from people all over the U.S. trying to buy this car even in it's poor state. I sold it to a man locally in Lunenberg MA. Jim Vienneau aka Go2Fast on the Z31.com Forums. I sold it to Jim for $1200. I made out well on this deal as I payed about $200 extra between taxes and registering it. Jim decided to re-build this car and bring it back to stock condition.
The car was re-painted with the original pearl white paint, new shocks, rotors, after market stereo, speakers, cleaned interior, replaced the very expensive front lip, both front fenfers and tons of other misc pieces. Really just to much to list. Jim sold this car back to me for $4000. It is in mint condition and starts up everytime. All it needed was a battery after a couple months driving it. Since buying the car back from Jim I have added a K&N Intake, 60mm 240sx Throttle Body, Polyurthane Bushing all around, Full Turbo-Back Certified Muffler Exhaust with Magnaflow single tip. I upgraded the Stereo with 2 older Kenwood amp's, Kenwood deck, 6 1/2 Kenwood speakers all around with tweeters and a small sub box custom fit for the trunk with a 10" Rockford Fosgate Stage II Punch, it's really loud and clear at even high volume. My Buddy Nivo started a group buy for Ruff Racing wheels back last year, I picked up Ruff Racing 278's in Hyper Black, Falken FK 452 tires.
245/40/18 - 18x8.5 front (+20mm)
275/40/18 - 18x9.5 rears (+35mm)
