I have a lot of different pics from the entire buildup, all on my mac homepage here:

hopefully these pages of info and pictures can help people who are looking at LS1/LT1 swaps, modifying suspension or going widebody. In my opinion a basic but well prepped LS1FC can be a total MONSTER with just some sticky tires like 245 fronts and 265 rears on 17x8 and 17x9 wheels... there is no real advantage to going bonkers with widebody setups unless you are roadracing or competing in time trials, but they sure do look amazing. with some simple ebay wide fenders like the usual 20mm fronts and 30mm rears, you can just barely fit a 265 front tire and a 295 rear tire, some people have fit a 315 on a 10.5 wheel under the RaceOnUsa 30mm rear fenders because those specific fenders measure out to almost 50mm.

just remember there are some benefits to keeping wheel and tire weight to a minimum, so a 265/285 tire setup can be an almost negligible improvement over a 245/255 stock fender setup.

OH yeah MAN I freaking LOVE this car!
it totally RIPS!!!!!  if you want to go 160+mph in an FC, this is the swap to do it!!!!!!!!

jan 2007... the weather was so nice january 4th, that I took the car out for a cruise and HOLY HELL its fast, I forgot how sick this thing was since its been sitting for a few months because of the colder weather and not wanting salt on its rust free underside. It pulls like a freight train, I mean it just keeps on coming and the T56 is geared just right for the powerband and 4.10 rx7 gears out back, fawwwwwwwwk it just rips! I'm more than happy with the Tein Flex too, they are a great coilover, perfect for a blend of street driving and autox/trackschool sessions, theyre range of adjustment is great.

spring 2006... Took the car for a rip down the local highway and its just insane how fast this car is for what it took to build it. just nuts. had it up to almost 160mph and its nice and smooth, what an awesome machine. I love the FC rx7 for its stability... when you mash the brake pedal the car just squats and gets even more stable, it doesnt lift the tail or get loose, its a very secure feeling, especially at triple digit speeds.
