Alfa 147 GTA

The car is the most powerful and fastest representative of its segment (250 bhp - 184 kW) and capable of thrilling performance: 246 km/h top speed; 6.1 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and 26.1 to cover a kilometre from a standing start.

MAKING A PREDATOR

Finally, the first modifications are done. The belt had to be replaced and when the camcovers and plenum were off, they were painted with special heat resistant shrinkpaint as used on Ferrari camcovers. The corroded fuelrails were painted black, for the finishing touch. A few mods will follow soon, when all the items arrived. The Wiechers aluminium strut bar is allready installed.

An Arospeed groundwire kit has allready arrived.

Novitec delivered some nice goodies.
A large box containing a Stainless Steel Cup Exhaust System 2x90x75mm with center pipe instead of a silencer. Not only the sound will be great, a few extra ponies will be added to the nice filled stable.

Squadra Tuning from the Netherlands did a great job, adding even more ponies.

Not only extra power is added, also the rev limiter is set a bit higher, from 6800 RPM to 7350 RPM, giving much more fun.
A performance of 265 BHP and a torque of 306 NM are available when hitting the throttle. The Novitec exhaust system and an other airintake will give even more power, however a dynotest should prove that first.

Autodelta delivered a Sport Carbon Intake Upgrade, including a dedicated sport air filter to give the engine enough fresh air.
Next to the intake, the Arospeed groundwire kit is already installed....

At the moment, this is how the powerplant looks like.

To improve the handling at speed, Biesheuvel Autosport delivered a complete Powerflex upgrade kit to replace the soft parts under the car.
