No longer have the Vega, traded for a 1972 Chevelle.

This is a 1977 Chevrolet Vega. Presently running a 406 cubic inch small block. Brodix intake, Dart heads, Herbert roller cam, Forgetrue rods and KB Pistons. TCI TH350 Race Transmission with transbrake and 5000 stall converter with a Hurst quarterstick and a reverse valve body. Full spool with 4:86 gears in a 9 inch Ford rearend and a 12 point cage. Engine has front and rear motor plates and modified Hooker Competition Headers. Rear wheel wells have been stretched 4 inches. Has run a best of 10.502@ 129.15 mph. Have not run with the 406 yet. Should pick up somewhat. Made the vinyl lettering and applied myself, some learning curve there. Stopping power is stock Vega discs on the front that were redrilled by Moser Engineering to a 4 1/2 X 5 bolt pattern. I know it's a Ford bolt pattern, but it was the only pattern that would fit. The rear brakes are 11 inch Ford vented drums. No problems stopping at the top end. Wheels are Centerline ConvoPro front and rear. They are very light compared to the Cragars I was running. The tires are Hoosiers all around. VegaYellowFever's 1977 Chevrolet Vega

Good looking Vega Paul, I have seen this car before,on h- body club maybe? Yours and mine would make a good race(your 10.71 to my 10.76).

Does your car still run the stock front end. What have you all done to the back half. Rated you up. Jamie.

Hi. I try to do as much as I can. I've let other people touch my car(s) before. And I got screwed.
Thanks for taking time out to look my Fleet over. Later. RJ
