Bagging rear...Objectives:Remove gas tankMake airtank rackMount AirtanksNotch FrameRemove leafspring hangersIntall 4linkGas tank removed.Making air tank mounts.Air tanks mounted.Gastank crossmember tacked together.Notching the frame!!MISC. Parts.Bags, Notch, Control arms and valves.Lower Control ArmsUpper Control ArmsLower tubular control arm installed.Upper control amrs installed..If this was a 20'' wheel, it'd tuck more, because it needs to go up just a tad more to lay, cause this tire/wheel isn't the same height.Firewall tubs!! (wheel barrow)4-link from Suicidedoors.comLower 4-link bar bracket made....and tacked into place.Both tacked into place.Where we thought the upper bars would be going... or where we wanted them. blah!A crossmember we made to mount the upper bars to.We shortened the bars and had new ends milled. Thanks to Chris Reed for use of his machine shop!!.......and the new position of the upper bars. OLDER PICS from when the bed was done:The front end off my truck, ready to cut the cab!!Check this pic, lays pretty sweet!!Bodydropped bed pics, woot!Front frame horns cut down:Cab marked and measured to be dropped:The cab has been lowered!! CUT THOSE PINCH WELDS OFF!!!!!!!The side plate cut and tacked in; done at an angle instead of straight up and down:Checking it tuckin' by jacking the lower control arm up:Okay, we sat the bed on and layed it out.. There are 2x4 under the frame holding it up so it doesn't lay on the pinches. It still has ATLEAST 2 1/2 inches til' its laid fully. just a peek!The frame before I cleaned it up and painted itAll cleaned up and painted!!Some temp 20'sMy firewall tubs..my transmission crossmember altered so it doesn't hang below the frame..my rear bag mounts being in production hah..Some random pics of truck, and firewall grinded down and whut not..Rear shocks mounted...my tie rod spacers made so I don't have to cut out my frame.. (Thx to Jason Richardson!!)Firewall Pics:The truck is home, unfinished but home...At the garageAlso got my tires for my front 20''s!
