PLEASE RATE MY TRUCK AND ADD YOUR COMMENT TO MY GUEST BOOK THANK YOUThis is my 1989 Dodge Ram D-100 Pick-Up Truck. I bought it new in January of 1989.I traded a P.O.S 1979 GMC pickup for her. The colour is Light Diamond Blue Metallic. She has 125,000 Km's or approximently 77,000 Miles.
She has a 3.9L V-6 with a 3 spd automatic w/electric overdrive and get 18 mpg in the city and 22-23 mpg on the highway. All the chrome and trim is original except the rear step bumper
I started a few years later installing a few after market items, 4 -15x8 Superior Alum. rims and a set of P-245-60R-15 T/A's a Pioneer AM/FM/Cass with 2 - 2 way 6" round speakers in the doors I than changed to a New Pioneer am/fm/cd with a pr of 8" 200 watt pioneer boxed sub's JBL 580 watt Amp and a pr of pioneer 6x9-5 way 460 watt speakers in the doors , Now it really kicks out the tunes.
Changed the rims and tires last summer to a set of American Racing BaJa 15x8 alumn rims with a new set of P255-60R-15 T/As. Other than the stereo and the Proper fit blue carpeted floor mats with Dodge embroidered in red the interior is stock original.
I put on a set of polished Tech Tube's on and a LoRider fieber glass cover on the box. I have a pr. of AutoLoc tonneau lifters with a remote opener to be put on this spring.
Last fall I had a Autostart alarm with start disable and a battery backup installed, to keep my girl safe.
A few other thing I would like to do is put in a carpeted bed liner in " California Cruisre" from Gaylord Lid's and change and relocate the gas tank to were the spare tire use to be just have to figure out the size and where to put the filler neck.
