This is my mercedes 85 190e, I bought it for only $1500. I originally owned a red 190e but decided that it would be cheaper to just buy another mercedes than to fix the red one..as you can tell i have pretty much switched everthing over including the engine which i personaly rebuilt.
played around in paintshop on my computer and drew this mercedes, this is how i intend to make the car look once i'm finished. Please be sure to leave any suggestions or comments in my guestbook thanks.

Changed my tail lights over to black I really think it broung out the car.
I swaped out my transmission over from auto. to 5-speed that I got off E-bay it was a little work but I managed, Also had to pull the engine again to replace the timing chain tensor guide rail.
Installed a headlight adjustment kit to make use of my european headlights don't really need it, but I thought it be nice to have it works pretty good on dark roads it is almost like having a 2nd hi-beam.

The wing ,spoiler or how ever you want to call it is manufactured by ZENDER . In my opinion i think the wing is unique , i have never seen another 190 with such a wing and it also gives it a more agressive look. once i powder coated the rims black it made the car look much better. i plan on having the bumbers and wing painted match the rest of the car soon. I appreciate and respect your comments and suggestions wether there good or bad .)
The grill and euro headlights gave the car a much better look
I trimmed the cluster in silver and installed blue L.E.D lights to illuminate and give it a brighter look.
if your wondering the dash trim is carbon fiber ,the original woodgrain was all cracked and faded

Here are some pics of the engine around 1500 miles after i rebuilt it. Haven't done any performance upgrades yet besides having it bored and port and polished, plan to install a header and cold air intake soon.
Plan on getting some crome 18" amg monoblock aero II rims and also lowering the suspension, beleive it will really set the car off
