This is a 1982 El Camino SS 383. It is originally a 305 car from texas. I got it when i was a freshman and have been workin on it since. I baught a junk car with a rebuilt 350 and dropped that in with a few of my friends. And ive been working on it ever since in my shop in school and spending all my christmas and birthday presents and money on parts. The whole drive train is aftermarket except for the rear end housing. The 383 is internally balanced to 10,000, all forged, all the mains and the crank is polished, Blueprinted, and decked The machine work was done by Custom Automotive in Weymouth Massachusettes (CAMCO)and the Exhaust was done by Steve's custom exhaust
