IAIN'S C33 LAUREL UPDATES AND INTRO
UPDATE:
The Green Laurel pictured next to my car has a new owner....ME!
I now have 2 rare cars. Its not as clean as the white one but i have new doors, bonnet, boot lid and some other parts to freshen it up. The fuel pump has let go and doesnt fucntion as it should and the 20 is runnin hell lean so Ive ordered in a new pump and it should run sweeter. Atm its a stock 20 apart from a pod filter. Saving for a 3" exhaust system for the green one atm.
The Laurel has undergone a new makeover. The car went in to get an engine swap. Couldn't decide on what choice of RB series motor to choose. RB26 was out, too expensive. rb20 was boring coz they came out stock with 20s so rb25DET it was. Secured an R33 GTS25-t Series 2 half cut for $4050. The 25 has done less than 100 XXX kms but not sure exact number of ks. Was also manual.
New additions to my car...
RB25DET Engine conversion
5spd manual conversion
ISC Camber, Damper and height adjsutable Coilover suspension
3.5" exhaust fitted from cat back.
R33 Front brake upgrade.
Car was dynoed and currently has 145.5 KW or 195.12 hp on stock boost.

Hey all this is my 1989 C33 Laurel.

At the moment its only got an RB20E. Picked it up for a bargain in near immaculate condition. the only things ive done it it so far is get rims for it.

This is my mates C33 twin cam RB20DET Laurel. ITs not in as good condition but its still goes hard. His rear left wheel came off not long ago and had to get a whole new hub and brakes fixed as the wheel came off at 60 kp/h. My Laurel is complete ly stock. His is a stock RB but has OS Giken Suspension Ready for drifting yeh.....
