This was my first car and I enjoyed it 14 years. It went a whole 20,000 miles from 1993 to 2007 (145,000 miles since spring 1974). It has never seen winter as it spent its first 2 winters in Florida and all winters since in storage. Baby enjoyed peeking out on nice summer days to enjoy the weekend sunshine.
This was a little above the bare bones Dart Sport in 1974, it has a 225 Slant Six, 904 Automatic transmission, full wheel covers, wheel lip moldings and the oddest thing, a velour front split bench and a vinyl rear seat and all the colours match.
Best of all, she came in FE5 Rallye Red paint, so even though she only has a six, she has the presence of a sports car :)
We parted ways in the summer of 2007 so that she could be enjoyed more often by someone else as I no longer had the time and space to enjoy here. Last thing I heard is there are plans for a much larger motor in the engine bay this year.
