vabmxdad's 1996 Toyota 4Runner

This is my 96 4 Runner SR5. I've been driving this thing daily for 6 years as a work vehicle & bike hauler. Probably the best vehicle I've ever owned. No issues other than routine maintenance. When it came time to replace the tires, I decided it needed a little more altitude. Installed a Revtec 3" suspension lift, 16x8 Ultra wheels, & 285/75R16 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I ended up removing the running boards & fender flares. Other add ons are a Kenwood AM/FM/CD player w/ Infinity Reference series speakers, XM Radio, a K&N air filter, & a set of Smittybilt nerf bars. Future plans include a K&N cold air intake, cat back exhaust, & a prerunner bar for the front. The truck has been great for 200k trouble free miles. My son will inherit it when he turns 16 & I will buy a newer one or a 4 door Tacoma.

Update: I got hit head on by a reckless driver on 4/14/09. The truck was totalled. Bought a low mileage 01 to replace it....

Nice Ride I have been looking for some flairs in black like the one's you had. Were those stock or Aftermarket?
