Truly exceptional. 1972 Cutlass Triple Black Big Block 442 Ala-Carte

This car is truly unique example of a dieing breed of automobile. This car was purchased 10/15/1971 in Columbus MO, from there made a trip to the west coast and in the late 80?s made it to Texas where it has been cared for and stored under cover.
I know this information because once I purchased the car and ?ALL? and I mean ?All? of this information was in the envelops in the trunk. Information including:
Original window sticker
Original bill of sales
Protect o Plate
Dealer manuals
And every receipt for work that this car has had done to it period.
It is a stand up car; understand this is not a ?restoration? but an original!!!!
442 Ala Carte? This car & color combination was ?Special Order? according to the window sticker and information I gathered from the previous owner it was ordered ? Ala-carte? .. ( Big Block, Auto, Buckets, Convertible, Air Etc?) This car has had regular oil changes and service it?s entire life. By the documents it has logged only 5500 miles over the past 15 years, 1500 by me. It has had some tasteful additions made to it but nothing to jeopardize the overall integrity of the car.
It is dry front to back, no ? panels replaced no bodywork done, floors are all original as it was in 1971.
Below are a list of items added.
Air induction Hood (I have original louvered hood in pristine condition)
442 Rear suspension bars
442 rear Bumper w/ trumpet exhaust. (I have original bumper pristine condition)
My wife & I enjoy our cars and this is a real dream!!
This car starts and purrs like a BIG BLOCK Oldsmobile should.
I would love to find the sister to this car if anyone knows where she is? ?Triple White Big Block Convertible?.. Email me with comments and where I can find the white one..
