Update: August 21st 2006
Hella Supertones installed - coolest mod! Sure get people's attention, although I havn't gotten to blast any unsuspecting drivers yet.
Sad to say, the modding of this car may be finished, unless subaru comes out with some ECU stage upgrades.. which I highly doubt will happen in the next few years. Still, in college the STI will spend most of its time under a car cover... atleast I wont be wasting much gas!
Update: July 10th 2006
Subaru Performance Tuning (SPT) Air Intake and Heatshield added
$165 for the Intake, about 80 for the heatshield.
Intake is a short ram; comporable to the K&N Typhoon, but with a full warrantee! Sounds awesome also; nice woosh plus it amplifies the sound of the stock BPV. Power gains are slim and probably impossible to feel with the butt-dyno. And it looks nice in the engine bay :)
Update: June 5th 2006
Finally summer!
Thinking about the forthcoming SPT Air intake, made by Performancce Import Trends... I love the stock sound of air rushing in, but would like to hear the SPT intake before I get one!
Update: April 8th 2006
Got a 12" Eclipse SW-series subwoofer in a prefabricated box hooked up to 2 bridged channels of the amp, still looking for a way to secure the box, since it doesnt stay put when you drive the STI the way it's meant to be driven!

The Legacy GT has a brother now... mmm 550hp garage.
0-60 in 4.6, does anything else really need to be said?
300hp. 300 lb/ft of torque. 60-0 in 119 ft. Limited slip different in front and in the rear, Driver Controlled Center Differential. 6 speed manual with short throw shifter kit. And a wing large enough to land a 747 with. The idea of a sports car doesn't get anymore pure than this (screw RWD :P).
